AT THE BAR
Great gift for a whiskey lover in your life who is ready to take the next step with this one-on-one education with our bar manager Timofei about Japanese Whisky that comes with the tasting of seven different expressions. The selection is curated to the guests’ experience and proclivities. We try to avoid the more common bottles and focus more on the overall journey through history and flavor gradients.
LIMITED TIME SLOTS
BAR IRIS has been getting busier and busier each week, so for the best experience we recommend Saturdays after we open at 3 or 4pm.
On average the class/tasting is between 60-90 minutes long, depending on the audience participation.
Best at two or three participants

availability
we are able to accommodate wednesday - sunday. For monday & tuesday all fees are x1.5
our outdoor parkelt can seat up to 48 guests and is available as an add-on or standalone private space.

a 20% gratuity is distributed directly to our staff. additional gratuity is optional and appreciated.

cake cutting & corkage
a flat $50 cake cutting fee is applied for cutting and distribution.
a fee of $25/750ml is applicable to any wine/low abv beverage brought in to enjoy from the outside world.

we are excited to work with you on turning the event into an unforgettable evening. our selection of wines / spirits / food and personalization of cocktails is possible. bar chef, ilya romanov, is capable of customizing cocktail recipes and personalizing details.
